Air Quality Monitoring in York
Real time monitoring
City of York Council undertakes real time monitoring of air quality at numerous sites across York.
To ensure that the air quality data obtained by City of York Council complies fully with the requirements of the review and assessment process, considerable amounts of time and resources have been invested to establish good QA and QC procedures for the air pollution stations.
The aims of the QA/AC programme were fully detailed in 'Technical Annex 2 : Air Pollution Monitoring in York' which was submitted with the Second and Third Stage Review and Assessment
